Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping is the recording of business transactions and forms a large part of a business' accounting process. Bookkeeping often involves more administrative tasks and can be very time consuming. We can help relieve the burden so you can continue to maximise you business potential.

How are we different?

Most accountants will charge an accountants rate for the time they spend carrying out bookkeeping tasks. At JR-Financial we believe in competitive, transparent pricing and will charge for services individually, at a fair rate for the service. Our bookkeeping prices can be found on the pricing page.

One hours' bookkeeping is included in the price of a Self Assessment (sole trader) return and 4 hours is included for a Corporation Tax (Limited Company) return. Any additional hours will be charged at the advertised rate on a pro rata basis.

Bookkeeping services we provide:

  • Recording financial transactions

  • Create and send invoices to customers

  • Verify receipts and allocate costs to expense categories

  • Maintaining company ledgers

  • Double entry bookkeeping

  • Payment of regular bills

  • Reconciliation of accounts with bank statements

  • Provide administrative & clerical support
